Every unit here is drive-up and on the ground floor, so you park at the door and unload straight in. No elevators, no hallways, no stairs. Sizes run from a 5x5 locker to a 10x30 that takes a full household. The gate is open 6 AM to 9 PM every day, leases are month to month, and you can rent online in a few minutes.

Our Richmond, Indiana facility sits on W Industries Road at Salisbury Road, on the west side of town about a third of a mile south of I-70 and a few minutes north of US-40. It is an all drive-up property: 486 units, every one exterior and on the ground floor, in sizes from 5×5 up to 10×30.
That layout is the whole point. You back up to the roll-up door, load or unload, and drive off. It suits the contractors and shops along the Industries Road corridor as much as it suits a family clearing out a garage, and it is the reason a 10×30 here works for equipment and inventory that will not fit down an interior hallway.

Our Richmond storage facility is easy to access and has many helpful features to help you store your stuff properly. We’re right near Highway 40, so it’s super convenient. You can even manage your storage account online with our easy autopay option. We also offer a variety of great storage features to simplify your life:

Richmond has no shortage of storage, and the difference shows up in how people rate it. Our Google rating is the highest of any storage facility in the city, and it comes from renters who use a property where everything is at ground level and the drive aisles are wide enough for a truck and trailer. The big national operators here stack their units inside multi-story buildings, which means a cart, a corridor and a wait for the elevator every time you need something. We do not have any of that. You drive to your door, open it, and you are done.
Finding us is simple. Take the Salisbury Road interchange off I-70 and we are just south, on W Industries Road among the freight and manufacturing operations on Richmond’s west side. US-40, the old National Road, runs a few minutes to the south, Earlham College and Reid Health are a short drive east, and the Ohio line is about five miles the other way. We are a straightforward run for renters coming from Centerville, Indiana, and Cambridge City, and we are worth the drive from Connersville, New Castle, Winchester and Hagerstown, Indiana, where local options are thin.
