We would like to remind everyone that you can rent a unit, make a payment, or manage your unit right here on our website, by calling us, or at one of our kiosks.
Q: Are your facilities cleaned?
A: We are taking extra precaution by sanitizing common areas regularly throughout the day. This includes the kiosks, keypads, restrooms, and other common areas. Also keep in mind that self storage is a low-traffic business. You should be able to access/rent your unit without physically interacting with anyone.
Q: Can I still access my unit?
A: Yes! Access hours are still 5:00 AM to 11:00 PM every day.
Q: Can I still rent a unit?
A: Absolutely! Rent or reserve a unit right here on our website, give us a call, or see one of our 24/7 full service kiosks onsite.
Q: What if I really, really, need to talk to a manager?
A: Our managers are still working remotely and should be able to help you. Call our Customer Support Center and press 3 when prompted.
Q: I just lost my job or am experiencing financial hardship. What are my options?
A: Our managers will work with you! During this unprecedented period, we are being extra lenient on waiving late fees and have postponed all unit auctions until July. If you have any concerns, please speak to your manager.
