Since our motto is ‘Your Place for Stress-Free Storage,’ we wanted to let you know what we’re doing to keep it that way, despite a world that is very much NOT stress-free right now.
We would like to remind everyone that you can rent a unit, make a payment, or manage your unit right here on our website, by calling us, or at one of our kiosks.
Q: Are your facilities cleaned?
A: We are taking extra precaution by sanitizing common areas regularly throughout the day. This includes the kiosks, keypads, restrooms, and other common areas. Also keep in mind that self storage is a low-traffic business. You should be able to access/rent your unit without physically interacting with anyone.
Q: Can I still access my unit?
A: Yes! Access hours vary by location. Visit a location to learn more.
Q: Can I still rent a unit?
A: Absolutely! Rent or reserve a unit right here on our website, give us a call, or see one of our 24/7 full service kiosks onsite.
Q: What if I really, really, need to talk to a manager?
A: Our Managers are working on-site during regular office hours. We are allowing tenants inside of our offices, they are following responsible safe guidelines. All customers must wear a mask and practice social distancing, we are limiting the number of customers that are allowed in the office depending on the size of the office. We have recently created a direct site phone number. This number will ring directly to the property manager and is listed on this website. When calling our main phone number, please press option 2, then option 2 again when prompted and you will be directed to the property manager.
